To start, log into your adapter's web control panel. Select the port you want to use for WebTV, then type the following details:

Server: sip.webtv.zone
Port: 16555
User: redialed
Secret: redialed2
Codec: ulaw

Once you're done, save the settings then plug your WebTV in. With any luck you should properly dial in and be taken to registration.
